Sport Relief is back from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd March, bringing the
entire nation together to get active and raise life-changing cash.
In association with BBC Sport, Sport Relief is a charity event from Comic
Relief that brings together the worlds of sport and entertainment to raise
money for vulnerable people in the UK and abroad.
“In the UK, you help give shelter to young people living on the streets and
protection to those living with domestic abuse. Across the world, your
money helps children into education, and provides communities with fresh
water and life-saving vaccines. And that’s just the start.” –
This year, the charity will be holding the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games,
which will include the Sport Relief Mile and new Swimathon and Cycle
events. Sport Relief 2014 is your once-in-a-lifetime chance to run, swim or
cycle at the iconic London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic venue – Queen
Elizabeth Olympic Park. However, with hundreds of events taking place
across the UK, it has never been easier to get involved in all the fun and

you can help fundraise for Sport Relief 2014. You could take part in a
bake-off with your friends, hold a quiz or take on a team challenge.
Don’t forget to tune in to Sport Relief’s big night in on BBC One, Friday 21
st March at 7pm for an evening of live music performances, teams of
celebrities battling it out in sporting events and plenty more.
