5 Healthy Snacks

Having a healthy diet doesn’t have to be complicated. We make it simple by offering our top 5 quick and easy healthy snacks.

Veg and Houmous – try this combination with baby carrots or broccoli, or both!


Banana and Peanut Butter – slice a banana and dip into organic peanut butter – tastier than you think.


Fruit and Yogurt – Strawberries and greek yogurt? Raspberries and plain yogurt? You can also add a little honey but shhh, we won’t tell.


Simple Trail Mix – try a combination of peanuts and dried cranberries.


Dark chocolate – for when you’re really craving chocolate and nothing else will do. A small piece or two will satisfy those cravings.
